Exploring digital opportunities available to public libraries now, with a  focus on providing services to our communities in the coming months, years and beyond.

COVID-19 provided many organisations with an opportunity to excel in a digital world, but there are still some "waiting" for things to go back to normal. Organisations (including libraries) that were already undertaking digital transformations over the past few years have been able to adjust and flourish during the COVID-19 pandemic. Those that were late to the "digital party" were presented with two options - rush to catch up, or cease all services entirely. In this conversation, we will explore the digital mindset and strategies that can be adopted by public libraries to service their communities, in the current climate and beyond.
