REGISTRATION

Registrations close at 4:30 PM on Friday April 12 2024.

Registration is open to PLNZ members only and the heavily discounted price is a direct membership benefit.

Registration rates:

  • EARLY BIRD: $385 available until 5pm 29 February 2024
  • STANDARD: $455 From 5pm 29 February - 5pm Friday 12th April 2024
  • DELEGATES DINNER: $85
  • One Day: $315
  • Virtual Library Ticket: $375

Students of an accredited librarian course may apply to volunteer.

Goods & Services Tax

All registration rates and dinner tickets are exclusive of GST.
GST is payable on registration and delegate dinner tickets. The GST rate at the time of printing is 15%.

PRICING

There is a general registration fee, a discounted early bird and an additional dinner cost. 
The cost of the dinner has been set at the same rate as the discounted price to encourage members to book early and attend the dinner.

PRIVACY

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST FILL IN AN INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FORM here.

The information supplied on this registration form will be shared and used by PLNZ, exhibitors and sponsors. Registration to the forum is deemed as consent for PLNZ to publish your contact details in the delegates list either for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party. Unless you advise otherwise, your name, organisation and email address will be included on the list of participants for distribution.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to cancel your registration or dinner ticket, you may reassign your registration and ticket to another person. Please notify PLNZ in writing stating the full details of your proxy. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $100.00 + GST will be made providing notification is received by Friday, 12 April 2024.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be at the discretion of PLNZ. If, for reasons beyond the control of PLNZ, the 2023 Forum is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

EXCEPTIONS

People falling ill at a PLNZ event, or forced to self-isolate, or any other relevant matters in regard to sicknesses as a result of COVID-19, a full refund will be considered.
