PLNZ and our Sponsors offer opportunities to come together in a relaxing and causal manner before and during the event.

tart your PLNZ National Forum experience in Ōtautahi with a special pre-arrival gathering at Tūranga, Christchurch Central Library.
Join the PLNZ team, Christchurch City Libraries staff, and forum partners for a warm welcome ahead of the Forum. This is a lovely chance to catch up with colleagues, meet fellow delegates, connect with sponsors and invited guests, and ease into two inspiring days together.
Enjoy refreshments and nibbles in a relaxed setting before we host a special screening of The Librarians documentary - a powerful and timely film that speaks to the heart of our sector.
This pre-arrival event and documentary screening are free to attend for all Forum delegates.
Registration is essential for catering purposes, so please make sure you tick the attendance box when completing your Forum registration.

Civica Delegates Dinner & Quiz Night

Venue: Great Hall, Christchurch Arts Centre
PLNZ invites you to join us for a special evening of celebration, connection, and good company at the Gala Dinner in the beautiful Great Hall at Christchurch Arts Centre.
After a full first day of the Forum, this is your chance to relax, catch up with colleagues from across Aotearoa, and enjoy a memorable evening in one of Christchurch’s most iconic venues.

Set in the stunning surrounds of The Great Hall, the Gala Dinner promises a warm and welcoming atmosphere, plenty of opportunity for kōrero, and a memorable way to round off the day.
Ticketed event: Gala Dinner tickets are required and can be purchased as part of your Forum registration.
